On both sides this was a great transaction! The necklace itself is gorgeous and well made, and I’m almost sad to be giving it as a gift I love it so much. On the other side, I had some issues with the post office and getting my item. 100% not the sellers fault in any way, and they were so considerate and helpful in looking into things for potentially filing a claim, thankfully we didn’t need to but everything was a top notch experience across the board. Great communication too! Thank you again!
